Shipping and delivery

We currently only ship to the United Kingdom via our website; however, if you are overseas, please get in touch and we may be able to arrange delivery.

If an item is in stock, you can select next day delivery by courier, or standard delivery within two-to-five days. Both will tracked and require a signature on receipt.  

Returns and exchanges 

If you are not happy with your lampshade, please reach out to us via email on info@carousel-lampshades.co.uk. We have a seven-day return policy, which means you have seven days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once the item has been returned, we will refund you within five working days.

Please note, we cannot refund the shipping costs or cover the cost of the return shipping.

Damages

Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if your lampshade is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item. If the item is delivered in a damaged state, we can arrange a full refund.

Disclaimer

Our lampshades are screen printed by hand, so they may feature small irregularities. If you are concerned about these, please contact us and we can provide more information on specific items.

We have also tried our utmost to match the colours shown online to those of the actual product; however, each screen/monitor displays colour differently, so please note that the item you receive may be a slightly different colour.
